Hi. I am a University of North Texas student who is moving out of her apartment and I need someone to take over my lease. Students only please!!
I live at The Exchange, also known as the Gateway at Denton, in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom layout. Since you are taking over my lease, YOU WILL ONLY PAY $519 per month INSTEAD OF the $530 a month that new lessee's are paying!!
The leases are individual, so you are not tied to the roommates also living there.
I do also have a carport that is $15 dollars per month, but you do not have to take the carport.
First floor apartment in one of the larger 3x3 formats. Has PRIVATE BATHROOM adjoined to the bedroom and a very spacious closet.
