I am moving into an apartment at the end of Jan/ beginning of Feb and i am looking for a female roomie. This is what im looking for...

*21-27 (just be responsible/drama free)
*non smoking
*no alcoholics
*no kids
*single (just no boy drama)
*no running in/out or bringing pp lover, i have a baby to take care of)
*NO felonies, child convections...bad stuff that wont get you on the lease

At the moment all bills will be split 2 ways. Since i have another bed upstairs i might need another roomie. So if so then it will be split 3 ways...
Also, i do have a daughter, she is 14 months. I do have a a man (and dont think you going to take him. lol) i work from 8-5, m-f. all i really do is come home, cook, and watch TV. im a homebody. So someone that enjoys the company of others and doesnt need to party to have a good time would be good.
Dont let the "criteria" scare you, im kinda picky but there is ALWAYS room to wiggle on things. And i get along with almost everyone, so dont be nervous.
